The Staten Island Advance is reporting that police and emergency services personnel have responded to the scene of an overturned car at the intersection of Woolley Avenue and South Ganon Avenue in the Willowbrook section of Staten Island. Police have responded to the call as a “pin job”, which means that someone is trapped inside the car.
